Dato’ Robert Teo Keng Tuan, aged 68, was appointed to the Board on 8 April 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
MR. CHIN JIT PYNGNon-Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Chin Jit Pyng, a Malaysian, aged 62, was appointed to the Board on 28 March 2001. He was re-designated as Senior Executive Director on 26 April 2002 in charge of Information Technology Division and was subsequently re-designated as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 April 2007.
